Bernard - Wini does have quite a bit of debt and we did get an announcement of potential sales without it being apparent that a sale has been concluded. The timing of the two so close to eachother is curious. Many of us thought that achieving EBITDA break even/positive would be enough to ensure the companpys future since it would have demonstrated its ability to become profitable and would get the nexessary support to get through to total profitability. I'm not sure what to make of the company's announcement and how it affects the future. Best regards, L
