Hi stomper,

You make a good point, and it's entirely possible the Dow will get to 11,000 again relatively soon, by the looks of things. Can I say that I was just "early" on this, rather than admit to bad timing? <gg>

I'm going to use the pullback today to lighten my load of puts, wait in the wings for a bit, and buy puts that are further out.

I was talking with Atin yesterday about the tax selling phenomenon the market often experiences in the first couple of weeks of April. I'd bought April puts in anticipation of this, but Atin made a great point that tax selling may be muted this year due to the fact that many lost money in 2000 and are expecting refunds rather than having to pay more in on April 15th.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
