I have my Oxford dictionary in front of me. No such word.
Perhaps you meant to use the word obeisance? It means a movement of the body made in token of respect or submission, or, deference, homage.
So much for fun with words.
I still don't see how management of Ashton is involved in this recent federal legal activity. It is true the stock of Ashton was manipulated by the parties listed in the indictments, but that doesn't automatically mean the managers of Ashton were involved, does it?
If you say yes, using your reasoning we should have seen the managers of Ryder Truck Rental indicted as coconspirators in the Oklahoma City bombing trial. It was very clearly a Ryder truck used to transport the explosives, wasn't it? Management must have been involved somewhere, wouldn't you agree?
A few years ago, the coffee stir sticks at McDonalds were the tool of choice for coke users, as the small spoon shape on the end was ideal for ladling small amounts of cocaine. Why didn't the DEA crack down on the management of McDonalds for encouraging the use of drugs?
This list is endless. Boeing and United should have been codefendants in the Lockerbie trial, shouldn't they? It was definitely a Boeing plane, being flown by United pilots, exploding over Scotland. Weren't the managements of those companies involved?
You've hated this stock and company from the get go. I think it was because of some insider filings you jumped to the conclusion this was a scam. Perhaps you've had other companies where similar behavior led to the eventual collapse of the stock price.
Rather than conceding you might be wrong, you keep coming up with arguments making no sense whatsoever in some vain attempt to justify an initial opinion.
This company might still fail, but the jury is still out.
