Dave:

I think that silver will follow gold. There is a growing feeling that gold is bottoming, and the high lease rates as we speak (in gold) are contributing to the recent strength. There are others (Marantette for one) who believe that gold will bottom, but not quite yet. In terms of a trade (gold stocks or silver stocks) they are overbought and I wouldn't buy them right in here. However, from a long term viewpoint, they seem low risk indeed.

Clifton is doing well, corporately. The American Silver company is doing great, with growing sales and interest in their 'ASAP product, which is being used as a potent antibacterial for many different applications. Silver is in short supply, and ought to move up just based on supply/demand. If that happens, Clifton could restart production, and I would expect the stock to respond dramatically. The company is very viable as we speak, and a low risk buy, esp. for those who have bought at higher prices. I have bought some around these prices.

Regards

Dan
