i2 Announces Voluntary Stock Option Exchange Program for Employees
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 2001--i2 Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ITWO - news), the leading provider of supply chain and marketplace solutions, today announced a voluntary stock option exchange program for its employees.

Under the program, i2 employees will be given the opportunity, if they so choose, to cancel outstanding stock options previously granted to them for new options to be granted at fair market value of the Company's common stock no earlier than October 8, 2001. For each option canceled, i2 employees will receive 1.1 (one and one-tenth) new options.
