Infolatina via NewsEdge Corporation : MEXICO CITY, Mar 8, 2001 (El Economista/Infolatina via COMTEX) -- The Mexican Communications and Transport ministry will impose a "maximum capacity limit" on the country's mobile telephone service providers until companies take adequate steps to address serious service-quality problems, Communications and Transport Minister Pedro Cerisola said. "What we've done so far is to delay the issue of new numbers, not cancel such issues, as we don't have a plan regarding how to resolve the problem of lack of capacity and improve service for users," Cerisola said.
