Victor, I have no idea why people need faster PC. I am a simpleton and 386 would do for me to do my word processing and post on SI. However I sense conspiracy by the hi tech industry to deliberately build applications that require more processing power and then build PCs that will have more power than existing applications and thus starts a vicious cycle of leap frogging between the two at my (poor customer's) expense. <VVBG>
