Folks:
The AOL board last night had a nasty rumor posted.

Tom and I (And maybe some of you) pretty well dispelled it last night.
And Tom has access to Edgar so he completely discredited it by this morning.

Seems one fellow made a post addressing a name never used on the thread and "wondered about the accounting irregularities" mentioned on the new SEC Edgar file.

Of course they are not.

Tom was first to question the info. Then I joined.
And we lost some sleep. But never found anything. Period. About him, the other guy, or the info.

And after market close today, I went back and the found some surprising things on the thread. None other than Mark Arbeter, author of the S&P report on SCNG posted under his own name. He identified himself, stated that he was convinced that NO such EDGAR file existed, and then questioned the motives of the poster.

Nice move, Mr. Arbeter. Class act.

The activity also motivated others into action.
One poster called the company this morning. No such thing.
Bloomberg was searched. Nothing.

An interesting happening is that one person claims to know the culpret and offers to reveal that info.

So, Guys & Gals.
Since I said the other day there was nothing "note-worthy" on AOL.
I felt I had to bring you up to date.
