Technologies, Inc., www.elast.com announced the successful conclusion of
targeted demonstrations of its chiropractic outcome-measuring instrument --- the
Bio-Potential Instrument.
Members of the chiropractic community who observed the demonstrations were
impressed by the capabilities of the Bio-Potential Instrument, particularly its
ability to objectively measure vertebral subluxations and the normalizing effect
of chiropractic spinal adjustments.
During a series of demonstrations conducted by ELAST's Chiropractic Division
doctors of chiropractic "expressed great interest and enthusiasm in the
product," observed Thomas F. Krucker, President and CEO, "and their interest and
enthusiasm is illustrative of the immediate marketability of our Bio-Potential
Instrument." ELAST Technologies began production of its Bio-Potential Instrument
earlier this year and the Company projects to deliver initial units in the 2nd
quarter of this year.

perfection of its allergy testing device, the Electronic Allergo Sensitivity
