Barring getting their money back, this looks like a good deal. At first the 4mil shares and warrants looked like a downer but I understand STS is not about to wait to prove up reserves before production starts. Those shares may not be issued for years, if ever.

If all of this comes to pass, anyone who bought recently is going to make a boatload of money. I'm going to do some number crunching this weekend and see what I come up with. Unfortunately, they worded this release with one unanswered question (why do they do this); what's the royalty to Endiama. I assume it's 12.5% as in the previous deal. I couldn't reach anyone at the office, will try and get an answer to this next week.
