Hi Bernard,

If we don't watch out we may take out the 52 week high before Spring is over. I guess the alliance terms can include performance incentives. I would have expected their best negotiating position to come after the first wave of results comes out (3Q). So I'll be quite interested in seeing the terms within the next couple weeks.

For them to put such a tight target in a news release, my guess is that the details have been agreed to; and all that remains is one or both boards to approve the agreement. As they seem to be more than adequately funded, I guess it's possible that they just an offer that was too good to refuse.
