Darrell,

Along with yourself and many others, I am convinced that the buying is coming mainly from institutions due to the size of the trades.

I feel that institutional sponsorship (or lack of it) has been the main reason for IOM stock to stay so low since the start of 97. With increased buying the huge upside potential has suddenly materialized.

How do we go about tracking the % IOM stock owned by the institutions. I read somwhere that it stood at 18% before the latest run-up. What is it now?

<<As far as late buying being a "set-up" - not many institutions "set-up" with $millions just to screw ya next week.>>

Late buying is simply a way to avoid opening spikes surely??

Paul.
