NYCBoy, here's a little lesson for you on quality earnings. If you get cash from investments vs cash from your salary at some company, would you consider cash from your investments to be of lessor quality since it isn't coming from your core competency as a salaried employee? I certainly wouldn't. Cash in my pocket is good regardless of the source. Now I might call into question the consistency with which I can generate investment cash vs my salary cash, but that's another story. Just something for you to chew on.
