Jeez....Is this possible? You mean you can short stock that isn't even available for trading? Doesn't seem right and has a sleazy feel to it.

Yes, by the way, that was one of the two press releases to which I was referring. The "paper company" sent out a magnitude of "letters to shareholders" in one large manila envelope, encapsulating the entire process involved in taking possession of one's shares. Most had been sent to only those who were having difficulty in getting them, and David felt like the rest of us should know what was being sent out to those people. Sure does look like it's making a difference. I learned a lot from them about the whole process of shorting, but I would have preferred to find out under different circumstances!!

Things are looking up, and I'm pretty happy about it.
