Press Release

IFS Announces Over $2 Million in
Combined Revenues to be Generated
Upon Approval by Jacksonville School District

DELRAY BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 2001--International Foam Solutions, Inc.
(OTCBB:IFOS - news) announced today that it has received an RFP (request for proposal) from the
Duval County Public Schools (DCPS). DCPS is the 15th largest school district in the United States.

The City of Jacksonville is where the Duval County Public Schools are located. DCPS hosts a
population of 126,000 students, 14,000 employees and over 155 schools. The City of Jacksonville Duval
County Public School District ``Waste Composition Study,'' Prepared by TIA Solid Waste Management
Consultants, Inc. of Tampa, Fla., shows that the amount of polystyrene from DCPS is 603.7 tons or
1,207,400 pounds of polystyrene.

1,207,400 pounds of recycled polystyrene combined with our current flow of ``poygel''(c) could
generate between $990,000 to $2,452,500 in annual revenues to IFS (IFOS) each year. Sales of Styro
Solve(c) and sales of the recycled polystyrene beads and by-products will generate the revenue. The
RFP calls for a one year contract, extended into four one-year increments annually.

International Foam Solutions, Inc. (IFS) is the only non-hazardous and environmentally friendly
company with a proven chemical process acceptable to the US EPA for the disposal and recycling of
polystyrene foam waste better known as Styrofoam (Styrofoam is a trademark of Dow Chemical
(NYSE:DOW - news)). For more information visit the company's web site at
www.internationalfoamsolutions.com.

The statements made by International Foam Solutions, Inc. (IFS) may be forward-looking in nature.
Actual results may differ materially from those projected in forward-looking statements. IFS believes
that its primary risk factors include, but are not limited to: the need for substantial financial
requirements; the need to develop effective internal process and systems; the ability to attract and
retain high quality employees; change in the overall economy; changes in technology; the number and
size of competitors in its market; changes in the law and regulatory policy; and the mix of product and
services offered in the company's target markets.
