I don't have the link but read a link yesterday to a newspaper article that there is recession but not in every state - 23 don't have it, I think something like 10 are iffy, and the rest are experiencing recession. Northern Va doing good so far. I wouldn't be surprised to see tech companies moving to places more favorable to business than CA.
