Where are the claims by other players ---------- And the report does not include an understanding of the SpinCo strategy.... Interesting note on how Q builds patents on earlier patents - I've heard that this can effectively extend the life of earlier patents... Can anyone comment on this? Also, no knowledge of HDR variant HSDPA now in the process of development for integration into UMTS Release 5..... Even without Q being a member of 3GPP - Q's IP continues to be integrated into future UMTS specifications...
