Susser, P.C. commenced a Class Action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of a class (the ``Class'') consisting of all persons who purchased shares of Broadcom Corporation (``Broadcom'') (NASDAQ:BRCM-news) between July 31, 2000 and February 27, 2001, inclusive (the ``Class Period'').
