<UPDATE> WE are HOLDING PUTS IN CCMP, CMVT, DPMI IBM..(10 contracts) (these are all profitable to VERY profitable, so the risk reward is much better to the reward side, we are willing to bet part of profits for the promise of more profits when CMVT reports earnings. CCMP, DPMI and CMVT have been shorted for much of the week. WE don't go home empty handed the gap downs are too precious to miss, but we do advocate covering large short positions, and if you feel you want to hold a short, hold just a 'remnant' of the early position. I picked up DPMI puts (70's) after a short so I'm covered with my price targer for DPMI around 40'ish.. This is just an opinion. Its an expensive stock we started shorting at 86.
