EMC closed right at where we bounced on 2/22. At a price of 35, EMC is at Fair Value = forward EPS of 1.00$ times LT expected growth rate of 35%. If support holds here, I'll be thinking seriously about buying EMC LEAPs. If support doesn't hold, then I'll wait. Are forward 12M EPS expectations for NTAP still at 0.57? If they are, it just means a lot of the analysts haven't got around to revising them downward yet. CB doesn't think NTAP is overvalued, because he thinks they'll make 1.00 going forward, and they are worth a triple-digit PE. Pigs to the slaughter.
