Yes they are. There is a massive field of expertise
called "Sport Science", or something like that.
Their extensive studies have shown that there are
significant differences in structure of foot joints
and muscles, or something to this extent. As result,
black people have natural disadvantage in
sports where the foot is confined in boots, like in
skating/skiing/hockey. But they excel in jumping-related
sports.
