The black/white capabilities, men/women capabilities are a complex mix of biological, genetic, cultural and other environmental factors.

Seventy years ago Nazis and white racists found all kinds of scientific and biological "facts" to justify their agenda or prejudices. Nazi scientists "found plenty of biological differences" between Aryans and Jews, and used that to press their nefarious agenda. White racists found similar reasons to exclude blacks from sports, but today in USA blacks dominate several sports.Today as a reaction, ascribing a genetic basis to explain the difference between races in politically incorrect.

Similarly women were also excluded from several activities based upon broad generalizations. The Soviet Union and India have a lot more women doctors than the United States. Similarly there were more mathematicians and engineers in the Soviet Union than in USA.

In USA there are very few female engineers. Girls in this country have a "math phobia" which I believe is more cultural than biological.

Since the issue is a complex mixture of biological and environmental factors, everyone will find appopriate facts which fit their individual mindset. So it will be an endless debate - quite like the Intelabee AMDroid debate.
