Keith, "QCOM charges the same whether a company uses one or all of it's patents". Is this a reason why NOK claims it already has the license for 3G, since it has it for 2G? If I were Nokia I would hate it if everyone else got in at the same cost I did, even if I needed just one or a couple of the patents.. What is the IPR wording again: fair and equal something? This bundling is strange...
