I think there are some major flaws in your inflation argument.

1. Worldwide overcapacity in key imdustrial products.
2. Lack of pent-up demand for same in the #1 and #2 industrial economies.
3. Money pumping alone will not immediately cure 1 and 2.

WE are at the end of a ten year cycle. It will take more time than usual for monetary stimulus to "catch".
