No, I haven't found that article. It is difficult to assess achievement or accountability due to his ever changing opinion on most issues.

If a writer changes his opinion from one minute to the next, how can a reader determine if the writer was right or wrong?

The last two messages I posted indicated that investors were foolish (or irresponsible) to buy MO last year (near its low) or to buy Value Stocks. He said MO should file for Chapter 11. Today MO is one of his favorites. Always right and never wrong.
