Hi Alan,

The big sell-offs due to earnings surprises that we can expect because of Reg. FD might not be as severe as they would have been in 1999-2000 because stocks in general aren't as overvalued as they were.

I doubt traders who don't hold positions overnight will find much to complain about with FD.

How well will FD be enforced and/or complied with? I believe there were still be many opportunities to sniff out the trail of smart money.
