Yes, Clinton was a rascal, but to my knowledge, he ain't served no time in the hoosegow. Yes, too bad Big Bill wasn't a Sunday school teacher. But during his eight years in office we had unparalleled peace and prosperity in this country. Perhaps ... just perhaps ... what he did as president (as opposed to what he did in his personal life) ... had something to do with this unparalleled peace and prosperity ... a fact that D-Dubya-I is realizing right now as the Naz descends to 1500 again and the Dow heads to four digits.
