I really don't understand the behaviour of some people on SI. There are a few groups here (KRY in particular) that seem to be occupied by reasonable, level-headed people. Most groups, unforunately, are often invaded by what (IMHO) seem to be seriously dysfunctional personalities.
Why in God's name do you bother coming here if you do not believe in what Roberth is doing? If I don't believe in someone or something, I move on and spend my time with the people and things I do believe in. I feel no need to belittle or denigrate anyone I disagree with. Live and let live. What is it in your personality, Jerry, that drives you to lash out like this at people you happen to disagree with? Is it an inferiority complex? Or perhaps childhood abuse? Maybe you're just suffering from penis envy? What is it, Jerry?
If Roberth is wrong about his approach, it will be clearly evident to everyone in no time flat. There is no hiding from the results. He lives or dies by the numbers. As such, right or wrong, he is to be commended for putting his reputation on the line. He isn't making any money off of this (that I know of) and is doing it because he was kind enough to respond to our requests. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever for your garbage.
