I agree on the ads and name. Homegrocer is a better name and I saw the ad. Its very confusing. I dont think webvan is very good at telling folks what they are and what they do. They are doing too much of that swank hip ad stuff thats a bit too abstract for folks too understand what they are. Too many .Com companies tend to do this. They make the commercials interesting visually or funny, but they dont inform about who or what their business is.

Well I'm a tech and love the internet, but I'll admit some of my hip tech bretheren still need to learn how to communicate their services better.

The good news is that Peapod is caving in and working with or transferring their customers to webvan.
