I think the analysts want stocks that they think have the market forces behind them; after they're drop, ML has to downgrade. They're probably a buy at this price, but as such a small company whose quarters can gyrate due to the size and limited number of deals, its definitely higher risk at this stage unless you invest for the longer term. I believe they are a buy at this price; however, ignoring how they do, I could see them also dropping to 5-6 in the next six months based on market and peer results, and ohter random but real comparative valuations.

Analysts want to not only reccommend stocks that go up, they activly participate in risk mitigation of their and their firms reputations in the short term, which heavily goes against these micro/small small cap stocks. Just my cynical observations...
