RockLobster, Just a few quick thoughts. . .

First, you could be correct that I am looking at the glass as one-tenth full, rather than nine-tenths empty.

Second, as a general rule, I am not looking for regular 4DMLs. . . .mainly because it makes little sense that enough longs would be margined in techs here. . . so there is nothing to squeeze. . .

Yes, there was a gap up on Tuesday, which would mark the initial day. But neither Tuesday, nor Wednesday had a significant squeeze in the final 2 hours. . . perhaps because there is nothing left to squeeze. Thursday didn't really squeeze either. So already, too many rules have been broken to qualify for a 4DML.

The rules that make up the 4DML are quite strict and simple. . . stretching them to make a situation fit dilutes this study, which has proven many times to be an accurate and consistent barometer, for which to measure manipulation.

I appreciate your comments and concerns.
