I sense a consensus on this thread - and others on SI - that Greenspan is the wrong person for the job, and to a slightly lesser extent, that the Fed should not exist. Yet when I watched Greenspan interact with Congress I felt just like I did when my daughter watches 'NSYNC, a sycophant in the presence of a deity. Is anyone aware of any "public" voice out there that has risen to express disagreement with Greenspeak? Paul PS: Who wants to buy two tickets to the 'NSYNC concert in Chicago's Soldier Field June 16th (she bought too many)? There good ones.
