I think what Zeev was inferring is that they will manipulate the Japanese market any way they can to try to get it up to 14,000 or higher by the end of their fiscal year just to keep banks solvent. Zeev seems confident that they will be successful. Once they accomplish this task, however, they stop pushing it up. What might happen a couple weeks after they stop pushing?

I will give you a one-word clue: Gravity.
