I think its chapter 11 for bankruptcy with repayment of debt with an altered schedule and chapter 7 for complete default and disolution of debt. Anyways, things won't change until inventory levels are liquidated. This means maarking prices down as necessary including taking lossses in order to liquidate inventory. We're looking at deflation in tech products.
