Metaltrader, I appreciate a man with a poetic bent. I will read your and Don's posts for both content and literary value now. (gg)

I actually began to bite a little in tech. Not the large caps yet. I think they will come down more. I am looking at some smaller caps with really good futures, I hope. There are many with no debt, lots of cash, and good growth unless it all comes apart,(shudder), but no way that will happen for very long in this information hungry world we live in. I don't see a problem with beginning to get in now as long as there is a safety net in reserve so that we can hold through a possible severe dip. I am just getting in a little and if it goes up fast I will wish I had more. If it goes down fast I will buy more and if it looks like it will sustain a rally, I will buy more then too. I expect that I will get more cheaper in the next few months and intend to stay off margin unless I see a capitulation and a lot of "tech will never be back for years" moaning. I agree that it may take a year of accumulating and buying dips to establish positions to maximize returns off tech in this bear mrkt, but you never know and it may happen in the next 3-4 months. Good luck. Ed
