Too many had grown to believe high growth rates would be a permenant fixture in tech land (tele equipt, PC and semi's) Once that auusmption is removed from the equasion the world look a hell of a lot different. Combination of Y2K "turnover", injection of cash by fed, low comodities due to Asian funk all lined up to make 1999-2000 unique. Now back to reality m2
