Just Saturday morning musing... If it costs $300 million to sack 3,000 people, that's $100,000 per person. Does this seem a little steep? The last time I was set free, I was given two weeks notice (which I worked) and a piece of paper. The cake and coffee was purchased by fellow workers. Cheers, PW. P.S. Like JS, this set off my crap detector. Unlike so many on SI, I'm not certain of the impact.
