Bob, Sounds like bad battery in your case or the motherboard was not sit well. You could try to take out the mobo and put it back again. Also, try the latest BIOS 5370507S.BIN from w7.dj.net.tw I am curious to know what you could get the board so quickly? Have you tried to oc it to 150Mhz? :))
