you are mistaken if you think anyone on si can do or say what they wish under the auspices of their "right to free speech". that is not in any way guaranteed nor protected here on si in the manner in which you seem to think. any attorneys here would have to back me up on that.

and ditto on "his right to post his opinion".

that is my understanding.
