Jack, All is correct re warrants as far as i can tell. And MHMyerson holds 600,000 of them, and two principals of MHM hold another 606,000. They have every reason to keep the price under $4.00 for as long as possible so they don't have to pay the 30% premium. I've already expressed my concern about this to RB, in my opinion after the S1 becomes effective we have a big battle of news driven buyers vs. the warrant exercisers. At this point no one knows who is going to win!
