We just refinanced the house and took out some for a deck and a fence. So I am researching that. Also work has picked up, I found an expert witness willing to take a look at a wrongful death case and need to summarize almost a thousand pages of medical records, ASAP and I have a new PI case that needs to be filed ASAP. Also progress has been made on the sat net website. I need to write a LOT of copy ASAP so it can be transferred to the real URL - check it out, I've now got a list of companies and a cool links page:

afterburnerdesign.com

The new PI case involves a guy who was at a bar with his brother, got into an arm wrestling match with an Hispanic fellow, and beat him. The Hispanic guy wanted a rematch and my guy wouldn't give it to him, and sat down. The Hispanic guy picked up a beer bottle by the neck and took a swing at him behind his back. The bouncer stopped the guy, told him if he didn't calm down he would have to leave, and to go get another beer. The Hispanic guy got another beer, took it by the neck and smashed it, and stabbed my guy, causing about $40K in medical bills and he's lost most of the use of his left hand. Thank goodness, he's right handed.

I've got two witnesses who both say the bouncer told the Hispanic guy to calm down and get another beer. The lawsuit would be against the bouncer for negligence in not throwing the Hispanic guy out, and the bar would be liable as his employer. What do you think? Guilty or not guilty?
