Mish: here's what I'm thinking at moment re RIMM particularly ... I'm thinking that an outright short -- rather than the put ugly stick <g> -- may be the more appropriate move. Carry the damned thing six months, say. NEWP's another one. Perhaps, though, there might be better moves to be made betting on the demise of the DOW, as you note. Sigh. Like you, I'm playing with only small % of total net worth at this point. Again, thanks for all your posts on all boards. I appreciate specifically your candidness about the emotional aspects that make trading options of any kind -- and particularly puts -- stressful to the point of 'making us' sell too early, etc. I'll continue to post here but feel I'm not very skilled ... still will post what I do, FWIW.
