It would have been better if they had quoted the assumptions used in calculating the resource- the most important of which is the cutoff grade used. I know the new Canadian reporting rules are stricter than they used to be, but I have not seen too many news releases which follow these national guidelines. Very few companies have been more careful in reporting numbers like this. I guess the fact that the engineer who calculated this resource is named makes him liable for any errors...
