1. That assumes that there will be "more Fed Rate cuts."

2. If the Fed does continue to cut, then the statement is correct, IMO. The question then becomes this: When is the "at some point ..." referenced in the above quote?

I'm getting tempted to increase my dollar-cost-averaging into the market at these levels. I may even throw a little more into QQQ's. But I'm not going to jump in with both feet. I think the "some point" referenced in the quote will not occur soon.
