That assumes that there will be "more Fed Rate cuts."

I believe there will be a rate cut on March 20th and at least another 1/2 point cut after that but I believe the total of 1.5 basis rates since January turns the tide. The money supply is a powerful force that many, with the exception of last week's Barrons, are missing in their forecasting equation.

When is the "at some point ..." referenced in the above quote?

I will guess by late spring / early summer and if you get a more positive tone from the major companies going forward the turn may be forceful.

I think the "some point" referenced in the quote will not occur soon.

Some point usually occurs sooner than we all think and at the very least when we least expect it.
