I am sticking to my price target. It will happen.

My bearish view has nothing to do with my purchasing biotech issues. I know what all these companies are doing and believe that about 5% of those can really be successful in the long run.

My bearish view has to do what I have been thinking in the last 3 years. The irrational exebuence won't be erased until the valuations of the market leaders go back to history values. And actually I am very generous about the valuations of these issues because we are going to see a long period of stagnant or negative growth on them.

I am doing pretty well since last October (actually up 15% since then) thanks to my correct reading on the fundamentals of the market.
