I am keeping a third of my portfolio in tech LEAPs and a few small caps, but the rest will stay in non-tech until the cycle picks up again. I agree that there are plenty of 50-100% gains still out there in energy if you look carefully. Most of the big oil and gas companies touted by the analysts have already run up so much that big gains are less likely.
