So your answer to this is to give them more money. I can't believe that when you see this you argue that they should keep the money. I guess some people love to be cheated. Perhaps if their were only a few functions that government did than they could be closely monitored to prevent this abuse. However with people wanting all the handouts we have every department of government acting like this. HUD LOST 50 Billion dollars. No idea where. 90 cents on the dollar of the food stamp program goes to the bureaucracy. ANd yet you people want to give them more. Big business is cutting every year but government refuses to cut. It grows and grows and grows.
