The problem is determining if there are indeed assets to recover. I have never seen an audited report of Roix,Affinity or General Search having cash. I have seen talk of one party or another giving cash to another and frankly, I believe it all to be a BS charade. The stockholders cannot get what isn't there, however, there have been cases of late where "individuals" assets were taken as a result of fraud.

I believe one has to question why certain individuals had access to information that would be considered "insider" at the time they received it. Did some people indulge themselves in the purchases of blocks of stock at reduced rates and post on SI and RB as simply investors.

Some people were believed to be close to the board and at one time one was alleged to be considered for a position. Those circumstances and people involved led others to believe that although specifics weren't mentioned that all was well. Yes "well".

Well is the operative term. So you were right and sat tight. All wasn't well, was it? It appears that tons of money has been taken from naive investors. It is common on BB stocks for promoters and scoundrels to form a social or family like thread and advise the group to ignore "bashers". Of course they believe those that fly across country to meet with a BB company that has a terrible past. Raised from a bankrupt entity and merged to another entity owned by them same group, the very idea sends shivers up the spine of an alert investor.

However, the family "nice, nice" ignored all the red flags and got that warm fuzzy feeling of posting their pics on a website and going on a trip to celebrate their fortunes to come. For a time the family even place ".com" after their names. Compared the barren company to companies on the stock market or on the NADAQ Exchange.

More should be done to determine who all the bad guys are before pursuit of a law suit is initiated. One wouldn't want to be led in the wrong direction one more time.

Go get them. A great way is to call or write your own states SEC agency. They often work faster then the FEDs and in fact join the FEDs and expedite the matter.

First get the facts straight. Determine whom you are after. Then secure liens to their property as you file.
