I didn't say that it was illegal. And certainly did not mean to imply it either. I agree that Ruiz should have been docked a point for the intentional low blow.

Holyfield's repeated throwing of elbows, head butts and low blows doesn't qualify as bravery, guts or veteranship. Though, I too would have scored the fight a lot closer than the judges did...Ruiz didn't impress me either. I thought he got lucky with that connect in the 11th.
